Michael G. Serrao
President & CEO
Michael G. Serrao serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Seligson Properties, a privately held real estate investment, development, and management firm headquartered in Norwalk, Connecticut. Since joining the company in 2003, Mr. Serrao has played a central role in guiding its continued growth and diversification across retail, healthcare, office, industrial, and mixed-use sectors throughout Fairfield County and the broader region.
Mr. Serrao oversees all facets of the firm’s vertically integrated platform, including portfolio management, acquisitions, development and construction, leasing, financing, and strategic partnerships. He has led numerous complex transactions and development initiatives involving national retailers, regional healthcare systems, institutional lenders and equity partners, and public-private partnerships. His leadership reflects more than two decades of hands-on experience spanning real estate development, operations, construction management, and capital markets.
Mr. Serrao earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, with a concentration in Business Law, from Bentley University. He was recognized by the Fairfield County Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” at age 27 for his professional achievements and community engagement. He is also a licensed Connecticut Real Estate Salesperson.
In addition to his corporate leadership, Mr. Serrao serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Norwalk Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Directors of Stepping Stones Museum for Children (Vice Chair), and the Advisory Board and Building Committee of The Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk.
Carlos E. Paucar, Jr.
Controller
Carlos E. Paucar, Jr., Controller, joined Seligson Properties in 2011 and has played a key role in the company’s continued growth. Mr. Paucar leads the accounting department and is responsible for overseeing all financial matters at the firm. He is actively involved in various aspects of accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, financing, property management, partnership matters and development projects. Mr. Paucar holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Master’s in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University.

Property Manager / Construction Manager
Carlos E. Paucar, Sr., Property Manager and Construction Manager, has been employed with Seligson Properties since 2005. Mr. Paucar is responsible for overseeing all property management, maintenance and construction activities and has over three decades of experience. Mr. Paucar holds numerous professional licenses and certifications in his areas of expertise. Prior to joining Seligson Properties, Mr. Paucar ran his own construction and property maintenance company in Peru.

Jessica Potter, Manager of Operations and Administration, has been with the company since 2014, bringing over 20 years of expertise in operations, administration, and organizational management. She leads the coordination of key company functions, supporting initiatives in leasing, financing, insurance, and development. Known for her strategic oversight and collaborative approach, Jessica plays a vital role in aligning daily operations with the company’s broader business goals
Clara E. Londoño
Bookkeeper
Clara Londoño is an accomplished bookkeeper with more than a decade of experience in the financial sector. She joined Seligson Properties in 2023, bringing strong expertise in digital record-keeping and financial organization. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Clara has successfully combined her technical background with her passion for numbers, enhancing efficiency and accuracy across the company’s accounting systems.
Clara earned her Certified Bookkeeper designation through the AIPB and is also a Certified Professional in multiple accounting software platforms, underscoring her commitment to precision and continued professional development. Beyond her work with Seligson Properties, Clara contributes her bookkeeping skills to several local non-profit organizations, supporting their missions and strengthening community initiatives.
