Seligson Properties owns and operates an office portfolio that caters to the needs of a wide range of professionals in the Fairfield County marketplace. Our office locations are centrally located along the major roadways and intersections and include new construction as well as award winning adaptive reuse buildings.
Seligson Properties works in partnership with large medical tenants like The Norwalk Hospital, who occupies over 80,000 square feet of space in a brand new state-of-the art facility on West Avenue, and boutique medical practices like Spector Eye Care with a custom-built laser eye surgery center in the basement of one of our premier medical buildings.
Seligson Properties is currently developing Waypointe, the largest mixed-use project in Norwalk’s history. Waypointe’s first two buildings will incorporate 425 luxury apartments and approximately 63,000 square feet of street-level retail and restaurant space. A 600-plus vehicle garage will offer safe and accessible parking. The final development will likely include as much as 500,000 square feet of retail space and 800 apartments.
When a global package delivery company needed a home in Fairfield County, Seligson Properties developed a build-to suit distribution center on an old industrial parcel. By working directly with the tenant during their search, Seligson Properties enabled this industry leader to navigate the development process with the city and the state. This property is currently home to DHL Worldwide.
Our extensive tenant roster speaks for itself: AT&T, Loehmann’s, The GAP, The Sports Authority, Lillian August, Pier 1 Imports, P.C. Richards & Son, and more. Our detail-oriented, results-driven management approach ensures we build value to shareholders, our clients, and the greater community.
Seligson Properties consistently creates value and maximizes revenue in its residential assets by navigating complex issues with foresight, vision and integrity. In addition, Seligson Properties continually explores entrepreneurial ventures and seeks to expand its portfolio through acquisition, development and re-development in the interests of long-term ownership.
